Student Council Goals & Objectives

Congratulations to the Central School Student Council Members. We are looking forward to a wonderful year working with the students and community of Central School. This year we have a number of objectives we are working towards meeting. Our objectives include:

  1. To encourage and coordinate all student activities throughout Central School.
  2. To stimulate and develop good citizenship among students.
  3. To encourage social development through participation and community-building activities.
  4. To encourage 21st century student leadership through service.

We are really excited to get the year started with our two very popular and super successful service projects, our Halloween Costume Collection and our district-sponsored Students Change Hunger Food Drive.

Halloween Costume Drive

The Central School Student Council is collecting new or gently used Halloween costumes for underprivileged children throughout Southern New Jersey. CS has paired with KidsAlley and HMHS students to help provide costumes for children in need. Additional costumes will also be distributed to Sacred Heart in Camden and throughout southern New Jersey. There are so many in need so please clean out those closets and help put a smile on a child's face!
