Who is Kevin Honeycutt?
You will laugh, and maybe cry. He will have you hooked every second. He is an extremely passionate and amazing storyteller. You will be inspired.
Kevin will be providing you with his presentation filled with links and resources. Campus students will watch live during class, but I would like to invite online students to attend class on Monday. If you cannot attend you will watch the hour and a half recording.

All the resources and videos you should explore are in the Wakelet, and make sure you explore his twitter feed. He was even tweeting throughout the presentation to my spring class LIVE. Additionally, there are some paid files to download that Kevin is giving to my students for FREE, so make sure you grab them, they will disappear soon.
The assignment:
- Explore everything, watch the first 2 videos.
- Make sure you explore everything in the Waklet and then write a reflection of your learning. These reflections will be shared with Kevin. And know him he will pull quotes and tweet them out!!
- Because I will be sharing these reflection with Kenin (he is a good friend),
- Please do not turn in late!!!! Get them done by the deadline, If late 1/2 credit. I usually do not take that many points off for late, but for this one, I am giving you fair warning.
- Title your Post Kevin Honeycutt and make sure you include links to everything you are discussing. This should be about your personal learning from the presentations and the resources.
By the way, Kevin will be our iPad iCamp Day speaker on Jan 17, 2020, mark your calendars and plan to register and attend when we start advertising in the fall. Space is limited, You can earn professional points for attending. It's not free, only $60, includes lunch and you'll have a chance to network with teachers and administrators from across the state.
For your Assignment: Be creative.
Think outside the box a little. If you really listened to what Kevin had to say IN THE VARIOUS VIDEOS, you know he is exceptionally creative and certainly not a boring educator. Use the Wakelet link to access the video(S) and resources to explore this amazing and inspirational educator. BY the way, He is a KANSAS educator!!

Your reflection of learning should represent scholarly thought and writing. This is not just as few sentences, be detailed and discuss what you learned and discovered and how Kevin made you think.
