Principal Post

A BIG thank you to our mentors at DuJardin School: Mr. Larry Janis, Mr. Larry Prentis, Mrs. Lorie Prentis, Mrs. Aviva Beal, Mrs. MaryJane Boenker, Mr. Mike Schweizer, Mr. Dan Frattinger, Mr. Dave Banks, Mrs, Sue Drogos, Mrs. Carol Cosentino, Mr. Tony Reiser, and Mr. Bob Watt. Each week these adults spent quality time with their mentees playing games, eating lunch and having great conversation together. Thank you for a great year! Want to become a mentor for the 2019-2020 school year? Contact Mr. Dwyer at 630-894-9200 for further information. (Click on photo to see entire group)

There will be several staffing changes that will take place at DuJardin School next school year. Mrs. McGuckin is retiring, Miss Kenny is moving to first grade, Miss Cross is moving to 2nd grade, Mrs. Guido is moving to third grade, Mrs. McGrane is moving to fourth grade, and Mrs. Burritt and Miss Burback are moving to 5th grade. Even with all of these changes for the 2019-2020 school year certain things will remain constant, such as student safety, student growth and student achievement.

THANK YOU to all the PTO and parent volunteers who have helped out in so many various ways at school this year. A special “thanks” goes out to our parents who helped provide hot lunch three times a week throughout the school year. These parents include Par Mehta, Jill Shannon, Wioleta Wandycz, Debbie Cozzo, Maryann Guerrieri, Shanon Raiten, Melissa Graham, Justine Lupa, Carol Helms, Claudia Galindo, and Hajra Omanovic. Thank you so much for providing this weekly service for our students and staff. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!!!
