5 Steps To Connecting With People

Hi! Welcome to Isagenix and congratulations on taking a step towards better health. You might simply be interested in getting a rebate on your personal products or you might be ready to use this vehicle as a way to replace your current income, or even become financially free. Wherever you are on that scale, you will learn step-by-step how to create a six or seven figure income, and you can choose how far on that path you wish to go. To receive all of your money back from the Pak that you just purchased, follow the "You +2, Them + 2" model.

You will need to fill out an Enrollment Form for each friend you have join you in your Isagenix journey. If you want to build your business quickly, print a stack and have them handy. Start with at least 10.

Before your box arrives, post on Facebook!

Authentic enthusiasm is contagious. When you post about your excitement to start on this journey, a natural level of curiosity will occur. This way, you can share the gift of Isagenix by allowing your friends to approach you. This completely eliminates the feelings you may have about "I am not a sales person" or any other hesitations you might have about Network Marketing. It is simply you sharing your excitement with your friends. If they want to join you, they can! And if they do, your Mentor will guide you every step of the way.

Congratulations! You have used the Facebook Post Template and have some friends interested in what you have to offer. Next, follow this simple and proven formula. First - when they make comments on your post, many people will ask, "What is it?". We NEVER say "Isagenix" in the thread. This is because we don't want them Googling it, seeing how amazing it is, and then signing up on someone else's site. Just like your first post, we recommend not changing any of the wording wherever possible.


Your reply: "It's amazing (Name), I'll send you a PM with more information".

YOU: Great, so I (Coach's name) and I were to call you at 6:30 PM, you'll have watched them?


THEM: Yes


YOU: Okay, cool. Let me just confirm that (Coach's name) is available at that time this evening. He/she is super busy, so if not, are there some other times tonight which work for you?


THEM: I'm pretty open, so anytime really.


YOU: (Text/call your coach to find out if he/she is available). (Coach's name) says 6:30 PM works for him/her. What's the best number to reach you on?

YOU: Okay, great. We'll call you then. When you get home tonight and have 20 minutes of focused time, watch the two videos I send you. The one called "_____ " is what kept me up all night when I first saw it and is what made me just know that this is what I'd been looking for. Chat with you tonight!

FACEBOOK PM


A Private Message is a great way to contact specific people you want on your team. When you are just getting started, it might feel easier to send a written message to someone than to phone them. Follow this simple and proven formula to sen a Private Message to each person.

*Remember, use the exact working whenever possible.


Note: This method can also be used for email. However, keep in mind that statistically the email invitation is not a successful method for scheduling an appointment. This is because many people do not even check their email box anymore. It is often filled with so much spam that we tend to neglect email altogether. Although, there may be people in your network who still prefer this method of communication. Use your judgement when selecting the method of communication for each person.



PRIVATE MESSAGE:

I hope you're doing great!


I'm not sure if you saw my post about the Superfood Nutritional Cleansing System I'm about to start, so I wanted to reach out to you personally. Not only am I super excited about achieving my health goals, but what's really been keeping me up at night is the ability to earn a significant amount of additional income on a very part time basis.

PHONE CALL


Note: Today, many people don't answer their phone when it rings. Often, you will phone someone, it will go to their voicemail, and moments later you will receive a text from that person saying, "What do you need?" In the last two sections, we used the Facebook Post and Facebook PM to schedule a call. Here you will learn how to use the phone to schedule the second phone call. In today's technology age, this is statistically the least successful method of scheduling an appointment. However, there are still some people in your network who may respond best to the phone call. Use your judgement when selecting the method for each person.


Below you will find the 8 Step process to inviting someone to take a look at your product or opportunity. This script may feel awkward at first. Resist the urge to change it or skip steps. It will feel natural in time.



1.) Be in a hurry.

"I only have a minute, but I just had to talk to you."


2.) Make a genuine compliment.

It must be sincere! "You are a great business person..." etc. The reason you believe they would excel with Isagenix.


3.) Make the invitation.


  • Direct Approach: For people you know very well. "When you told me you were sick of your job, were you serious about that?" etc. Then offer a solution. "I think I found a way for you to do that."
  • Indirect Approach: Ask for help, input, or guidance. "I just started a ew business and I'm nervous. Can I practice on you?"
  • Super Indirect Approach: Tell prospects they aren't a prospect. "The business I'm in clearly isn't for you, but do you know anyone who is interested in a business that they can work from home/make extra money?" They will ask for more info before they give you names.


4.) If I... would you...

This question is your secret weapon. "If I send you a video for you to watch, would you listen to it?" This wording is called NLP and is strong psychology for reciprocation. However, if you stop now only 5% will actually do it, even if they say yes.


5.) Confirmation #1

"When do you think you can do that by for sure?" Don't suggest a time for them. 90% will give a time. 10% will say "Some day". Say, "I don't want to waste your time. Let's pick a time". Remember, they said yes already in step 4. You are simply continuing with what they have agreed they want to do.


6.) Confirmation #2

"So, if I called you on ____ you'll have listened to it for sure, right?" They will say yes or adjust time slightly. This is an appointment THEY have set.


7.) Confirmation #3

Schedule the next call. "What is the best number and time for me to call?" 5% just went up to 80%. Also, confirm where to send the videos. (Facebook PM, email, etc.)


8.) Get off the phone.

"Okay great, I'll talk to you then!" Many people wind up unscheduling by more talking.

TEXT MESSAGE :)


Text messaging is statistically the most successful way of setting appointments. 90% of all text messages are read within 3 minutes. Follow the steps below to set up an in-person appointment.


TEXT

YOU: "Meet for coffee?" Or, "What's your schedule like this week? I want to show you something."


THEM: Their response. Set a time/day/location. Their place or yours is best to eliminate distractions.


YOU: Give an idea. "I just started a project that I'm really excited about and I would love for you to meet my friend so we can tell you about it."


That's it! Appointment made.



HANDLING OBJECTIONS VIA TEXT


It's important to give them an idea about why you want to meet. Occasionally, people respond with something like, "As long as it isn't Multi-Level Marketing or Network Marketing!!!" If this happens, it's really not a big deal. Some of the most successful Network Marketers were hesitant at first. Our job is education and understanding. Still keep the appointment, but respect their wishes too.


YOU: "Okay, I promise I won't try to sign you up for anything. :)

STEP 3: THE ART OF THE 3-WAY CALL

We use 3-Way Calls a lot in this business. The first ones will be with your Mentor to introduce your friends to Isagenix. On these calls, your Mentor will do all of the talking. You will listen and learn.


Please use the 3-Way Call Sheet below as a guide sand have an Enrollment Form ready.

STEP 4: GETTING PEOPLE STARTED - 8 STEPS

The most critical time is the few days between order placement and before it arrives. Your new Associate may find friends or family who are not supportive. It is important to spend this time getting him/her set up for success. Therefore, complete Steps 1 - 6 before their box arrives. Contact your Mentor with any questions.


Step 1: Checklist

Print this Checklist for each new Associate.


Step 2: Complete Enrollment Form

Work with your Mentor to find the right products for your new Associate


Step 3: Enroll New Associate

  • Log into your Back Office in your Isagenix website (FirstnameLastname.isagenix.com). Select country and language. In the top right hand corner, selct Associate Login.
  • Select the blue "Enroll New Member" button. Scroll down and select Bottom Left or Bottom Right where it says "Recommended". Double check with your sponsor on which side to place your new Associate.
  • Select the country and $29 Wholesale Associate on Autoship. This is the default choice.
  • Create Username (FirstnameLastname) no spaces and capitalize first letter of each name.
  • Set password to (firstnamelastname or healthy) no spaces. Input information and continue.
  • Select a Pak for the initial order. Follow customization steps and select Wholesale Order Quantity.
  • Enter credit card information, billing and shipping address.
  • Set up autoship to $1 Make A Wish donation. They can change this later to what they need.
  • Review autoship order. Open calendar and set to 29 days for the autoship cycle.
  • Double and triple check all information and click Place Order. You'll know you're done when you receive a Customer ID and Confirmation Number. Print this page and keep it together with the Checklist and completed Enrollment Form.


Step 4: Send a Welcome email to your new Associate

  • Copy and paste Email Template
  • We don't recommend changing the subject or the body of the email.
  • Double and triple check you have replaced all information (everything in green, and change the green back to normal).
  • bcc your Mentor on the email.



Step 5: 3-Way Welcome Call

  • The only purpose of this call is to welcome the new Associate with your Mentor or another member of your team.
  • Your Mentor will offer support and friendship and then hang up! Should be 5 minutes or less..

Have they reviewed the Welcome Email and materials in box?

  • If no: "Great. Call me back as soon as you have. Most of the answers to your questions will be provided in the box. So, once you've read through just let me know and we'll hop back on the phone to answer any remaining questions you have".
  • If yes: "Great. What questions can I answer for you?"
  • DO NOT be the expert. Answer basic questions only. All other questions say, "I'm not sure. I'll find out." Ask your Mentor asap.



Isabody Challenge

  • Confirm they have enrolled in the IsaBody Challenge. If they haven't, walk them through enrolling on the call. (www.isabodychallenge.com) Everyone who completes the challenge gets a $200 Product Gift Certificate and a chance to win $25,000, $3,000 or $1,000!

  • Show the how to log in.
  • Place an order
  • Manage Autoship
  • View My Team/Enroll New Member
  • View upcoming events



Next Coaching Call

Set appointment for 1 week before next Autoship date to discuss progress and following month's Autoship order.



Step 8: Check in.

  • Check in with your Associates every day for the first week and every so often after that until your next coaching call, at your discretion. Simple texts or FB messages like, "Thinking of you...how's it going?"
  • These check ins are also a great time to remind them to post an update on Facebook and help them start earning!
