Aspire Testing April 1-2; College Preview Days to Note

  • The next ACT testing date is June 8. Please note the registration deadline of May 3.

  • Our counselors will start meeting with current 9th-11th graders to update their four-year plan before the opening of course requests for the 2019-2020 school year. Individual conferences will be held during Religion classes between March 11-March 21.

  • Aspire testing will be held at the beginning of April. All students will test on April 1 and April 2. Students with service plans may be scheduled to continue testing through April 5. The purpose of standardized testing is to determine student growth as well as to provide data to guide academic programming. So that all students can perform their best on test days, it’s important to ensure adequate sleep the night before and have a nutritious breakfast with protein.

  • College Preview Days occur all spring. The following colleges and universities have preview days coming up. More information on each preview day can be found on the Admissions Page of each college.

    • Fran U (Baton Rouge) - March 23

    • University of Louisiana (Lafayette) - March 23

    • LSU (Eunice) - March 23

    • University of Louisiana (Monroe) - March 30

If a college doesn’t have a preview day or your family can’t attend a scheduled preview day, please feel free to contact the admissions office to request a tour that fits your schedule. They are more than happy to accommodate a family’s scheduling needs.
