School-level accomplishments
- Planning, preparation, and facilitation of full, half day, and 30 minute - 1 hour PD sessions for content area teachers including ELA, Science, and Social Studies

- Assisted with the planning and presentation of SMS data at our Cluster Data Meeting
- Served as an active member of the BLT (2 yrs.)
- Leadership role in the RtI/Data process including student intervention, progress monitoring, and monthly data meetings (PST) with GL teacher teams (2 yrs.)
- Test administrator for STAR, EXPLORE, and ACT Aspire
- Served as school-level EL contact (2 yrs.)
- Assisted with the planning and preparation for writing workshop w/ Rick Shelton (6-8 students and teachers)
- Assisted with planning and preparation of Ruby Payne consultant presentation
- Assisted with the planning, preparation, and elementary school visits of our basketball players and cheerleaders reading to the elementary students
- Planned and presented in-class writing workshops, facilitated timed practice writing assessment, scored student essays (using the Aspire Rubric), and provided feedback to students and teachers in grades 6-8
System-level accomplishments
- Served on the CCRS Implementation Team w/ turn-around PD delivery at the Instructional APs Mtgs.
- Participated in system-level Instructional Rounds (LES & HES)
- Assisted in the planning, preparation and delivery of Academic Vocabulary workshop with our Instructional AP (Jones)
- Participated in all system-level Coaching Communities - presenting the CCRS Implementation turn-around PD following each quarterly mtg.
- Presented the Adolescent Brain Research during "Lunch and Learn" for the teachers at PACE
- Assisted with the planning and presentation of SMS data at our Cluster Data Meeting
- Participated in and received state-approved PLU - Technology for Administrators (www.laadmintech.blogspot.com)
- Wrote, submitted and received funds through the Regional In-service center to pay for subs so that teachers could attend a system-level writing workshop
- Planned, prepared, and presented a one day ACT Aspire Writing Workshop at the CO at which teacher teams created student-friendly versions of the Aspire writing rubrics for grades 3-8 (rubrics available at http://www.livebinders.com/play/play?id=826731 under the writing tab)
