Attention Vendors:

Oakland County Public Schools would like to invite you to take part in our upcoming Effective Practices Conference and Vendor Fair. The individuals participating in the conference are Pre-K-12 Educators from the 28 local school districts in Oakland County

Event details are provided below:

Dates of the conference: June 21 & 22, 2016

Location: Clarkston High School, 6093 Flemings Lake Road, Clarkston MI

Suggested arrival time to set up booth:

Monday, June 20th from 2-3pm or Tuesday, June 21st at 7am.

Space provided for vendors: one 8' table and two chairs. Please provide your own tablecloth. Display space is limited to 8' by 5'. No tents allowed. Free Internet is provided.

Vendor Fair hours: June 21st- 7:30am to 3:30pm and June 22nd - 7:30am to 2:00pm.

Estimated number of attendees: 600+

Gold Package

  • $350
  • Standard 8' table and 2 chairs
  • Includes lunch for up to 2 people
  • Logo on Vendor Page in Event agenda brochure (all attendees will receive)
  • Additional full page advertising space in Event agenda brochure



Platinum Package

  • $400 dollars
  • Standard 8' table and 2 chairs
  • Electrical outlet - limited slots
  • Includes lunch for up to 2 people
  • Logo on Vendor Page in Event agenda brochure (all attendees will receive)
  • Additional full page advertising space in Event agenda brochure
