Investing is like a Tissue
Is that so?
Yes. Investing is like a tissue in a lot of different ways. They are similar in the fact that they are always there when we need them. When we need tissues, we grab some and think of them as lifesavers to avoid a runny nose but for a majority of the time, they just sit there. that is similar to stocks because stocks are only really "used" when purchasing them, much life tissues, or when selling them, like using tissues. Stocks are usually not watched very closely and when we do look at them, like using a tissue, it reminds us why we keep them around. Tissues are also like bonds because they are bought, used very slowly, and then you realize that it is empty, or the bond has matured, and you do something with it.
