Apartheid
apartheid - literally meaning apart-hood
anti-apartheid = a group of non-white people resisting the apartheid
The poverty level is due to poor education
jobs
Jobs that blacks typically had, such as agriculture, mining, and textiles, replaced by machines and cheap labor.
education
The ones who had an education faced great racism.
teachers
Teachers did not come to work, and if they did, they did not know how to teach.
A solution to these problems may be better education and jobs.
solution
Getting a better education results in getting higher and substantial level jobs.
