I believe this song fits well the importance of marriages, jealously, and pride. This song shows that having a bad past shouldn't really matter and people should not exchange rumors around. Like the rumors of what Don John said about that Don Pedro was stealing Hero for himself. The lines in the song saying, "it's much better to face these kinds of things with sense of poise and rationality." shows how Claudio goes berserk on their wedding night without having any rationality. He should of went to Hero and talked one on one. This song again shows that the important of marriages is to be honest despite what the past was for someone. Like Hero forgiving Claudio for pushing her to the ground and making her seem like a awful person during the wedding. At last Hero and Claudio get over their differences so technically, the marriage is saved.
