ANNUAL EVALUATION INFORMATION
CHS GARDEN PROJECT
It’s almost spring and time for us to work on the garden revitalization. Thanks to the Hopewell Valley Education Foundation providing us with a generous grant to partially fund redesign of the garden, we’re now ready to begin! We’d love your help on all aspects of the garden project. Most importantly, please make sure to let us know how you can use the garden to meet the needs of your classroom and the curriculum, so that we can make sure that our designers incorporate your needs. Send us your garden dreams (rain garden, vegetables, outdoor seating area, etc.) ASAP!
To get involved or provide input, please contact Nicole Sebastian at nicolesebastian@hvrsd.org.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Faculty Meeting
Our faculty meeting on Monday will be dedicated to PARCC training, followed by a meeting with Tony Suozzo regarding the search for the new principal. Please plan to meet in the cafeteria at 3 p.m.
Pep Rally
We will be holding the Spring Pep Rally on Thursday, March 24. Please click here for the pep rally schedule.
Grades
Although the marking period doesn't end until April 15, there are only 13 school days between now and then. Please make sure that your gradebook is up to date so there are no surprises at the end of the marking period!
ARTICLE OF THE WEEK
Are we using our PLC time as effectively as we can? Do we have the tools we need in order to make our PLCs successful? Take a look at this article by Rick DuFour and Douglas Reeves about PLC vs. "PLC lite".
TECH TIP OF THE WEEK
One suggestion that always seems to be made when encountering tech problems is to "clear your cache". There is a great Chrome Extension to make the process easier. Search "Clear Cache" in the Chrome Store -- it will appear as the first option under extensions. Once you add it to Chrome, it will appear in your toolbar and you can click on it whenever the need to clear your cache arises.
COMMUNICATION
We've gotten a lot of positive feedback from the community about the information we have shared via Twitter. We would like to highlight more of the amazing things you are doing as teachers, coaches, and advisors. If you have something that you would like us to feature via the building twitter account, please let us know!
