Volunteer and Guest Training Coming Soon
The Human Resource office will be hosting a Volunteer and Guest Training Session, January 19, 2022 from 9am to 10:30am in the Lincoln Center, Board Room. We have limited seating (80) and will offer a second training if we have the interest. This training is not required, but recommended.
We will cover expectations of volunteers and guests, safety protocols, identification on campus, working with administrators, student behaviors, confidentiality, and focus on how important it is to participate in education in our community.
If you have volunteers/guests you would like to have attend this training ā please have them contact Jacque Young at jyoung3@helenaschools.org or 406-324-2010 before Tuesday, January 18th.
Music Rehearsal and Recording Reminder
Hello, musicians!
Next Wednesday, January 19, we will be rehearsing and recording for all kindergarten, 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade students. Please have your child/ren dress "up" if they would like. It is a great chance for us to showcase some of what they have been learning this year! Some students have asked to come in "fancy" clothing, others in plain clothing (any black, gray, navy, or Bryant colors with no logos would look great on camera). Students may dress how they feel comfortable performing š Please remember this will not be a live performance with a traditional audience at this time, and videos will be sent out on dojo as soon as they can be edited. Thank you for supporting music in our school!
