NAFTA
Created in 1994, the North America Free Trade Agreement helped the North American employees by trading local goods to support the economies of the included countries. It had little impact of the U.S. If anything, it caused a few job losses due to cheaper production with Mexico.
90's Economy
Clinton created several policies that caused a boom in the economy during the 90's. It was growing 3.4% annually, and there was a large drop in oil prices. Private investments also flourished during the 90's.
