He is in 8th grade, brown long hair, and pretty built for a teenager. Very respectful to others but will stand up for himself. He's out-going, hard working, grateful, and very determined. He loves all sports but Hockey is the main one that catches his eye.
She is in 7th grade, long dark brown-reddish hair, many freckles and is kind of small. She loves soccer and doesn't have many friends. She's insecure about what people think about her and how she looks. She's shy but brave in some small ways.
This is a man vs. man and man vs. self type of book. Man vs. man is an external conflict, it could be mental or physical, and it is between two different characters. Ellie and Jack struggle being each other physically and mentally. It's hard for them to get used to it and they don't know what to do. This could also be man vs. self. Man vs. self is an internal conflict with themselves.
