A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
Two amazing photographs taken by senior Kayla Jackson are currently being featured in Mercer County Community College's Visual Arts Student Exhibition at the Gallery! Kayla captured very profound messages in both photographs, and we encourage you to go check them out in person! The exhibit is open to the public and features some of the best works by MCCC visual arts students and runs from Monday, April 2nd to Thursday, May 3rd.
We are so proud of you, Kayla!
Agarwal is Nationwide Winner
On another very exciting STEM note, freshman Arjun Agarwal took on the challenge of submitting a video to the "World of 7 Billion" video contest and won 1st place out of 3,000 entrants globally! The challenge was to create a short video to address our growing world population in regard to: feeding 10 billion; advancing women and girls; or preventing pollution. Arjun's video on feeding 10 billion will be posted on their website soon (https://www.worldof7billion.org/). Be sure to check it out! Or, grab yourself a peak now by following this link.
Congratulations, Arjun!
