Coco Chanel Challenges To Successful
Coco Chanel revolutionized woman's fashion in the early 20th century. She was also born into poverty and then got moved into an orphanage. The struggle was real for her because at the times women didn't get a chance to do the things that she did. And since she was a women in the workforce most men didn't except her and her profession. Her salary would always be every dollar that a man make women make 0.72. She was very successful but it wasn't easy being her and taking all that rudeness and disrespect. Congrats Coco Chanel for making a difference and paving the way women's leadership!!!
Challenges that Hatshepsut Most Likely Faced
Since Hatshepsut was a woman most men mostly thought she was lower than them which she wasn't , if anything she was higher than them and they were jealous. Since she was a women leader she had represent, she had to do things that only men were thought to do. Some people were very angry with her because she got so successful; so that lead to them trying to get rid of her. Since from what we know Hatshepsut was a strong leader she probably didn't give a care on what anyone thought. See Women are strong beautiful people!!!
How Do Women Overcome Discrimination
Since (53%) of the US does not believe that women will achieve parity with men in the workforce. So how do they deal with. To Be Honest women overcoming this is simple. Women overcome most of their workforce problems by doing well in school, making outstanding grades, and coming out on top like they are supposed to; so that when they are compared to a man people look and say wow. She is extremely smart we should hire her or she should be are job president!!!
