May 5th, 2023
It has been a busy week but we are through 1 week of AP exams with 1 to go. Math MCAS are coming up in 2 weeks and we will have reverse half-days just like we had in March for the ELA MCAS. We will also host our spring theatre production next weekend (details below).
There is a lot of new information below including pictures from last weekends town-wide cleanup effort, an informative webinar opportunity, and an announcement regarding the Valedictorian and Salutatorian so please be sure to check out the information!
I hope you all enjoy a great weekend with warmer weather!
High Honors Announcement
This year's Valedictorian is Amelia Allen. Amelia is actively involved in community theatre, has run cross country for MHS, and is the captain of our high school math team. Amelia will be attending North Carolina State University next year, studying Biomedical Engineering.
This year's Salutatorian is Drew Sacco. Drew is a peer tutor in school, a member of the football team as well as captain of the lacrosse team, and was recently named MIAA student-athlete of the month. Drew will attend Penn State University next year, studying Geo Sciences.

As in years past, one of our main fundraisers is selling lawn signs to parents of Seniors, relatives, friends, and community members. Please consider purchasing a sign to not only acknowledge your Senior but to also show your neighbors and friends that your family has something to celebrate! Your relatives and friends are encouraged to purchase a sign to support your Senior as well. Thank you for your consideration and support of the Class of 2023!
