Join highly regarded personal trainer Winston Drwinfit Davey as he takes you through 24 sessions of high intensity, fat burning, fitness workouts. You'll not only burn up to 700-900 calories per session but you'll get stronger both mentally and physically able to push through any barriers that have been holding you back.

Bootcamp Starts August 5th at 7:00pm

Workout sessions will be held 3 days per week Tues & Thurs evenings at 7pm and Saturday mornings at 7am. Location will be indoors at The Seasons Apartments & Townhomes multi-purpose center. The cost is $150 when paid at time of enrollment or $15 per session for drop-ins

Winston Davey practices what he teaches...

He is certified by the state of Maryland and nationally in fitness and nutrition, weight development, personal training, CPR and group training.

Winston has more than 13 years of experience in personal training, nutrition counseling, and body building.

He is a champion body builder winning 4 out of 5 competitions and is currently training for an upcoming contest.

He has trained hundreds of clients, including some well known celebrities, for various competitions, health purposes and fitness programs.

Winston is dedicated to his clients and will help you break any barriers perceived or real that may be holding you back from achieving the lifestyle that's intended for you.

1. Is this a beginners class or is this for the more experienced and fit person?

Anyone can do our boot camp. We can adapt the level of training to your level of fitness, in this manner no one gets left out!

2. What should I wear?

Comfortable, breathable exercise wear and proper shoes are essential.

3.What should I bring?

A 5-25 pound dumbbell, exercise mat and water bottle or water.

4. Is there a discount if I get someone to sign up?

If you sign up with someone else you'll receive a $25 instant discount.

5. What type of workout should I anticipate?

Come prepared to sweat...profusely! Each workout is different, but expect body weight, free weight, hi-intensity aerobic, core, flexibility and plyometric workout routines.

5. Is there a trial period? What if I don't like it?

We guarantee that if you train with us for the for the full 24 sessions you will see and feel the fruits of your labor! However, if after your initial session you decide that the "KickAss Boot Camp is not for you at this time we will give you a full refund.
