Weekly Update
What's Happening at JPI!
This Week at John Paul I
We continue to express our feelings of gratitude at the school. We are so grateful for the health and wellbeing of our staff and students. Without a strong team, of both staff and families, our success would not be possible.
Our Live morning broadcast is up and running! Students in Grade 6 work alongside Mr. Valdez and Senora Antipan to bring a warm welcome to all of your students each day.
I met with Father Joseph and his Parish Team on Wednesday morning to discuss how we can safely bring them back into our school! They miss the students and we will be starting to see their faces in our building again!
Thank you to everyone who donated grocery store gift cards during our Thanksgiving Celebration. We were able to provide support to 14 of our families!
Today, Friday, we celebrated our namesake, Pope John Paul I. We began the day with a livestream Celebration with our Guest ECSD Chaplain, Father Glenn! Students continued to participate in Fatih Based Learning through a variety of activities planned by our staff.
Reminder: Next Thursday is our Division Staff Faith Development Day so there will be no school for Students.
Also, reach out to your child's classroom teacher for information on in class, Halloween Celebrations that will be happening next Friday.
