Me as a leader

I personally am a democratic type of leader because you can't force someone to do something so it works best to take input from other people in your group. Often, people who are democratic leaders are more logical and perceptive than other styles of leadership, because others will question their decisions if they don't make sense, which in turn will make them more introverted. Authoritarian leaders will act on impulse and no one will say any thing, making them more emotional and extroverted, and laissez-faire leader could be someone all over the place, because they don't really affect the group at all. It should be noted that in a lassiez-fiare group, a leader usually emerges from the group of followers.
