ICCS Mission Statement:
COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND IMPORTANT REMINDERS
As we continue to uphold the Louisiana Department of Heath and Center for Disease Control COVID-19 guidelines to the greatest extent possible, please be aware of the following updates and reminders:
Students who are absent or who check out during the school day due to illness will be required to have a doctor’s excuse to return to school.
New: Students returning to school after an absence should not be dropped off in the morning carline, but should enter through the front doors and present a doctor’s excuse to return to campus.
Hallway and classroom procedures, including seating charts and restroom breaks, are being strictly monitored and enforced for student safety in the event of tracing a positive COVID-19 test. Parental support with regard to all COVID-19 procedures is both expected and appreciated.
All students must have a mask when dropped off for the school day. Students should not exit your vehicle in the carline if they do not have a mask.
Students should bring a water bottle to school each day. If students do not have a water bottle, they will be provided a bottle of water and your FACTS account will be charged $1 per bottle of water provided at the end of each month. Parents should not deliver forgotten items, including water bottles, to students during the school day.
The latest flowchart from the Louisiana Department of Health will be used for quarantining and contact tracing measures. It is provided below for your review. If your student has tested positive for COVID-19 or has had a direct exposure to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, parents must contact Ada O’Quain at ICCS at (337) 433-3497 or by email at asoquain@iccsweb.com to confirm proper procedures for returning to campus.
Parents will be notified if a student tests positive for COVID-19 in their child’s grade level. In the event that students have had direct exposure to someone who has tested positive, parents will be contacted with quarantine details for their student.

PRAYER AGAINST THE CORONAVIRUS
O Mary, you shine continuously along our journey as a sign of salvation and hope.
We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick, who at the Cross were near to the pain of Jesus, keeping your faith firm.
You, Salvation of the Roman people, know what we need, and we trust that you will provide for those needs so that, as at Cana of Galilee, joy and celebration may return after this moment of trial.
Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform ourselves to the will of the Father and to do what Jesus tells us, He who took our sufferings upon Himself, and took up our sorrows to bring us, through the Cross, to the joy of the Resurrection. Amen.
We seek refuge under your protection, O Holy Mother of God. Do not despise our pleas – we who are put to the test – and deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin.
