with the name of your nominee and the award you are nominating them for .
Please follow-up with a packet via mail or email, no later than April 1, 2022. Include the following information:
- Your name, address and phone number
- Nominee's name, address and phone number
- A written summary of the contributions made by the individual in the field of Assistive Technology Leadership
- Letters of support from others who have experience with the nominee's contributions (e.g., coworkers, students or their families, supervisors, etc.)

RSOI and OTAP continue the time-honored tradition of pausing to recognize exemplary achievements in the provision of education-based therapy services and assistive technology leadership. The 2nd Annual Penny Reed Award will be presented for leadership in the provision of Assistive Technology.
The award ceremony will take place from 1:15pm - 2:15pm PST Tuesday afternoon, April 26.
