RRMS Library Newsletter
February, 2017
Fun February!
Even though it was a short month, the library was really busy! We hosted classes for research, checkout, group work, and makerspace use.
RRMS Students are Readers!
Around the Library...
History: Finding Credible Sources
All seventh grade students learned about how to spot good websites from bad ones, and practiced finding their own!
French: Seasons & Clothing
Students used the makerspace to create winter and summer outfits for a chosen celebrity.
English: Editing Essays
English teachers used our variety of spaces for students to spread out and peer edit essays.
February is Love Your Library Month!
In honor of Love Your Library month, randomly selected classes were asked what they love most about the library. Some popular answers were the space, the variety of books, and the makerspace! All the responses were put on display in the hallway bulletin board during February.
