Parks and Recreation Invitation for an evening of fun
December Spirit Days
Items needed
- Our STEM classes are in need of unwanted electronics. We will take whatever you have that kids can take apart. We have very few things to reverse engineer at this time. Please email artrue@k12k.com if you have questions regarding this. You can drop off at the front office and let them know the items are for Mrs. True's STEM class.
- Our clothes closet is in need of the following: joggers/sweatpants (all sizes accepted, most needed: adult M, L, XL). Keep us in mind as you are cleaning out closets/drawers or as you pass a clearance rack! We will be happy to take items that are gently used, or new. We appreciate your donations to help us stock our clothes closet with elastic waist pants.

A message from the YMCA
Please make note that we do not plan to offer aftercare on the half day of school on December 16th, 2022. We also will not be offering care during the Holiday break for middle school sites. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and the families. We will be communicating this with the families in the YMCA afterschool program at Sevier Middle School.
Thank you very much for your continued support in the YMCA Afterschool Programs.

General Information
Attention 8th grade families: There are still spots remaining for the Washington DC trip. If you are interested, please make sure you have all of the paperwork filled out when you turn in the first payment - doing this will reserve your spot. If you have questions, contact Marty Moore, mmoore@k12k.com.
- Students who are signed up for the DC Trip can bring in their second payment to either Mr. Moore or Mrs. Bingham. The second payment is $200.

- Please keep your contact information updated. This can be done through your Aspen Parent Portal or by contacting LeAnn Franklin in the counseling office, 378-2435 or lfranklin@k12k.com. It's vitally important that we have current contact phone numbers and a correct address for each student.
- You MUST present an ID when visiting Sevier or checking out your student.
- If you know your child is going to be absent, please email ewilliams@k12k.com, you can do this rather than calling the school.
