Lace up your sneakers and join Argyle ISD Police Department for their inaugural Donut Dash 4 Kids on Saturday, Dec. 9 at Unity Park next to the Sixth Grade Center from 8 to 10 AM.
There will be a community "Fun Run" followed by coffee, hot chocolate, and donuts.
Enjoy memorable moments and holiday music while running alongside all of our favorite Argyle ISD Police Officers. You might even have a chance to meet police Santa himself! Bring an unwrapped unopened toy to the event to donate to local children in need. Registration begins at 8 AM and races begin at 8:30.

Angel Tree Program
🎁 Join us in spreading joy this holiday season with the annual Argyle ISD Angel Tree Program! Follow these steps to adopt an angel in Argyle ISD:
1. Click the link below to adopt an angel.
2. Purchase all items from their wish list.
3. Label gifts with your angel's number/letter.
4. Drop off gifts at the Sixth Grade Center (800 Eagle Dr.) on Dec 6 or 7, 4:30-7 PM.

Keep Argyle Beautiful is hosting its annual Christmas Tree Lighting at Argyle United Methodist Church on December 2 from 4 to 6 PM. Enjoy performances, music, caroling, refreshments, games, and pictures with Santa!
Please consider bringing 2 donation items such as canned goods, ketchup, mayo, or toiletries.

Argyle Mini Helmets
Click this link to find the order forms for both versions of the mini helmets (white and black) This is not a fundraiser. We are simply offering these for sale at our cost. They will not be available before Christmas (should be available in January). You can customize the jersey number to be applied to the back of the helmet. All are welcome to order!

ATTENDANCE / ABSENCES
Is your student sick? Do they have an appointment or will they miss a day of school? Reporting an absence is convenient and there is no need to call or write a handwritten note. Simply go to the ASE webpage and click on REPORT AN ABSENCE to complete the form. Please remember to email your student's homeroom teacher to let them know how your child is doing and always bring in a doctor's note if you have it. Please refer to the Attendance link listed in the Quick Links on the ASE webpage for more information.
We take attendance each day at 9:30 a.m.
Morning Arrival Updates
We will watch the traffic flow each morning and determine if we need to open the front line. If the cars are getting backed up, we will open the front line at 7:20 to alleviate traffic and get the kids in the building on time.
Please do not get out of your car. *Note: If you have a young child in a car seat that is on the left side of the car, please remain in line to drop off in the back.
Afternoon Dismissal Procedures
- Carline pick up will be in the back driveway behind the school. We will have 2 carlines in the back.
- You will need your child's dismissal tag with you each day if you are picking up your student. This is required for safety reasons for both the carline and walkers.
- Buses and daycares will pick up in the front.
- Students have an assigned waiting area for dismissal. We have staff in all areas of the building to assist students.

Please submit updated shot records if your child has received any over the summer. You can email them to Nurse Kris or bring them to school in person. Please note: Students MUST have current immunizations to start school.
