Vision: Academic Excellence and Success
From Mr. Rs Desk
I hope we have been clear with our academic expectations here at Rio Hondo High School. As of now, we have been very pleased with the work that we have done. I honestly believe that we have created a solid foundation here in the past few months and I cannot wait to see the fruits of our labor. I know it's a process and that is why we cannot waiver. We need to be consistent and intentional about everything that we do. No one says it will be easy, as we all know that work begets work.
Our decisions will continue to be based on STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT, rather than adult convenience. We will continue to respect your voice and your input but all we ask, is that you always place kids first. Do not underestimate and/or shortchange our students...they need your very best. Again, be mindful of what students are saying about you & your lessons because their body of work is their voice and your “brand”.

- What do the students say about me as a teacher?
