What Can Smog Do To You?

Breathing Smog is actually hazardous because smog contains ozone. It can harm your lungs by causing irritation, aggravating asthma, and inflaming/damaging the lining of your lungs. Children are at the greatest risk from the exposure to ozone. Adults who work outside, people with respiratory diseases, and people who are very susceptible to ozone are also at risk of these health hazards.
