Is there really a health benefit in diet sodas than just regular sodas? As a matter of fact, there isn't any. Although diet sodas may have reduced calories or sugars, a majority of people all around the world think of diet sodas as healthy when they really aren't. Sodas and Diet sodas can both lead to diabetes, heart attack, stroke and cancer because of the amount of caffeine and sugar consumed in just 1 can.
