Duke TIP Scholars 2019
Congratulations to these students for qualifying to participate in the highly selective Duke University Talent Identification Program for 4-6th grade students!
In order to qualify, these students scored in the 95th percentile or higher on their most recent MAP or SC Ready test.
Benefits of participating include optional above-grade-level testing, enrichment activities, specialized publications, and eligibility to apply to TIP's educational programs. We are proud of these students!

It's National School Lunch Week!
Next week, October 15-18Th is National School Lunch Week! We will be celebrating all week long and our cafeteria staff will be giving away lots of prizes!
If students have stars on the bottom of their tray, they get a prize. The class with the highest participation for the week will get cookies!
A string bag, water bottles, pencils and some ear buds will be given away!
We would love for parents to come eat with us any day next week as well!!!

United Way Student Campaign
WOW! What an incredible turnout for our United Way campaign!
Last year our school raised over $1500 in total... This year we smashed that goal and raised over $3,000! (total staff and student giving)
The students can't wait to tape Mr. Rash and Mrs. Gilreath to the wall later this month!
Thank you for giving back to our community!
Field Days are coming!
3rd - 5th grades' day is Thursday, October 31 (Why not Halloween? :))
Kindergarten - 2nd grades' day is Friday, November 1.
We will begin each day by 8:30 and conclude by 11:30.
