SENIOR MEETINGS
Senior Meetings with your School Counselor will begin towards the end of October and will continue until approximately November.
A yellow postcard announcing specific dates for your student's Senior Meeting will be mailed home. The postcard will also serve as the senior’s hall pass to the Counseling office for their appointment time. Your School Counselor will meet in small groups of seniors during the last 30 minutes of each period. It’s an opportunity to inform, advise and to encourage our seniors regarding current academic expectations and post high school plans. Senior meetings help our seniors with college-related activities such as SAT/ACT testing, college visitations, National College Fair, OUS College Night, letters of recommendation, financial aid and scholarships. We also review their graduation requirements, transcripts, and important dates for their senior year. We value this opportunity to prepare seniors for the special challenges required in this important year.
Thank you in advance to help remind seniors to attend their meetings.
