Flexibility
Flexibility is being able to bend and stretch with is. This man is showing a lot of flexibility by bending like a pretzel.
Cardiovascular Endurance
Cardiovascular Endurance shows how long you can run without getting tired. This man is running long distances which shows a lot of cardiovascular endurance.
Body Composition
Body Composition are things like weight and muscles or fat.
Muscular Stength
Being able to lift heavy weights is a good showing of muscular strength. Your muscles are strong enough to handle weights.
Muscular Endurance
These people are doing push ups. If they keep their push ups constant it is a good showing of musuclar endurance beacuse their musles are not gettting tired.
Agility
Agility is similar to speed except instead of just being fast you can be agile.
Balance
Balance is being able to stand still on objects are being able to walk or run without tripping. This woman is displaying good balance by standing on one leg and using this postition while on a rock.
Coordination
Coordination is being able to use your hands, feet, or equipment effectively without mistake or messing up on your task. This tennis player needs to use his coordination to help him hit the ball with his tennis racket.
Power
Power is a skill used to get certain tasks done. These 2 men are using their power to win in a fight.
Reaction Time
- Reaction time is being able to react to things quickly and fast. These runners must react to the gunshot to get a good start on the race.
Speed
Speed is how fast you can go. This man is going really fast which shows he has impressive speed.
