Instructional Technology Committee News
Each campus representative shared their faculty's impressions concerning 1 to 1 devices, how they will change the classroom and what the device is needed to do. Among the recommendations are: Be able to access the internet, be durable, be reliable, provide ways for students to create and collaborate.
At the October 9, 2015 meeting, the committee listened to presentations about 1 to 1 devices to consider, specifically the Chromebook and the iPad. Each committee member completed a checklist for each device that reflected 1 to 1 device capabilities required for our students.
