LIBRARY update!

We would like to again publicly CELEBRATE a member of the VIKAN community that has truly modeled what COMMUNITY means. We'd like to show off our newly repaired library carpet done by Mr. Erives, a father of several 27J graduates and the husband of a district employee. He was SO generous in volunteering his expertise and time, even after he found out that it was going to be a little more difficult than first thought. THANK YOU Mr. Ervies, for modeling COMMUNITY and GRIT. We appreciate YOU!

We want to continue to be able to stay safe and teach students in our building and ask that you please follow the guidelines set by Tri-County Health Department.

Please ensure your students are keeping safe by doing the following:

1. Not sending your student to school ill- If your student is not feeling well, please fill out the google form emailed to you each morning and keep them home. ONLY fill out the google form if your student is having symptoms, have a pending COVID 19 test or has been exposed to someone with COVID 19.

2. Wearing a mask and social distancing from others during school and outside of school. Remind them about the proper way to wear a mask.

3. Ensure your students bring their ID to school with them every day with the correct color lanyard. We use the lanyards as a way to identify student cohort groups and to keep possible contacts to a minimum. Replacement ID’s are $5.00 and Lanyards are $2.00.
