From the Office
The past two days 5th grade students and teachers have gone out to Camp Kitaki to participate in Outdoor Education. Students get to a variety of different activities such as canoeing, fishing, archery, ziplining, and much more. This is always a highlight of the school year for students and staff. This year we had another great Outdoor Ed experience. Thank you to our PTO for providing funds for pizza on Thursday night. Also, a big thank you to our 5th grade teachers, Mrs. Jensen, Mrs. Lane, and Mrs. Zabawa for organizing the event. It was awesome!
Don't forget to sign up for your fall conference time. The window closes this Sunday night. You can go to https://tinyurl.com/WRFall23 to sign up for your time. If you need assistance, please call Mrs. Edwards right away Monday morning.
Please remember that we will be dismissing at 2:06 on both Tuesday and Wednesday of next week due to Parent/Teacher Conferences.
Thank you,
Ryan Broshar

Hey Wildcats! The 2023 Westridge Walk-a-thon kicked off this week and we are so excited!!
What is the Walk-a-thon?
-Each fall we do our largest fundraiser as a school using the online platform FundHub. This allows each student to create their own website link with their picture and personal goals to share with family and friends as well as on several social media platforms. This link will allow donors to digitally donate to the student. Students may also bring cash or check to school! As students raise money, they will be awarded incentive prizes based on the amount they have raised. These incentive prizes will be handed out at school throughout the next two weeks.
On Friday, October 6th, our entire school will get to participate in a fun day full of different activities to culminate our fundraising efforts. There will be bounce houses, karate and other fun activities for the students to do! Each student will receive a free Walk-a-thon t-shirt that day thanks to our generous sponsors!!
Our whole school goal is $15,000 and we are already well on our way!! Nice job Wildcats!!
If you have not already, please use this link to get your student registered (theres a prize just for registering!!!).
School Identifier: 5d39c64bf214a
Here is a video on how to get registered!
Thank you for all of your support and generosity!! We truly appreciate you!!
