Expected vs. Unexpected Behaviors
We talk about Expected and Unexpected behaviors in each setting. For example, it is Expected Behavior to sit for circle time and walk in the hallways.
Feeling Identification
Students learn about our 4 basic feelings and how they feel in our bodies.
Personal Space Camp
We teach students that everybody has an invisible bubble around them that is their very own space bubble!
Self-Advocacy
Students learn to sign and say, "Stop" when someone is being unkind.
Superfriend
We use the example of a superhero to connect to the prosocial skills of sharing, turn taking, kindness, and waiting.
