Jack Be Nimble
There was a little boy who loved to jump over candles. That little boys name was Jack Be Nimble because he was very skinny and he could move quick. Jack Be Nimble was very fast and beat everybody he raced, but he lost to a super fast girl named Natali. Ever since then, Jack Be Nimble began to jump over candlesticks because that was another thing he was good at. Jack Be Nimble jumped over tall and short candles. On July 4th, before his tournament, he was practicing in his basement. When Jack tried jumping over a tall candlestick, he burned his toe. He then was rushed to the hospital to get checked. After they saw his toe, they told him he wasn’t able to go to the tournament. Dr. Garcia also said he was never going to run or jump over stuff ever again. Jack Be Nimble began to cry, but then he realized he might not be the fastest kid in the world or the greatest jumper. In Jack’s mind he realized he accomplished his goal he’s wanted to do since 3rd grade.

Tyrann Mathieu
On December 13, 2013, a professional athlete Tyrann Mathieu injured his knee. He injured his knee on a kickoff return against the St. Louis Rams. Mathieu’s injury occurred in the third quarter. Mathieu said he had got hit right into his left knee. The St. Louis Ram player who caused this was Isaiah Pead. As soon as Mathieu got tackled, he didn’t feel any pain until he got to the Arizona Bench. Mathieu told us that his knee buckled and felt a lot of pain. The trainers took him onto a cart and drove him to a locker room. After one to two hours, the trainers said he had tore both his LCL and ACL. Eventually, Mathieu’s knee will get better and will be able to play like the old honey badger he used to be.
