New this Spring... Thursday's 5:15-6:30 pm

Detox Flow Yoga-Stimulating, cleansing, and nourishing the body from the inside out. We are exposed to toxins everyday in the air we breathe, the food we eat and the water we drink. Not to mention the negativity that can live in our daily thoughts. In this 1 1/4 hr. class we will use
  • Meditations and Breathe for releasing old patterns of the mind, Sun Salutations and other effective poses that will stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic systems and help clear out toxins, Practical lifestyle suggestions to help cultivate dietary awareness, proper exercise, spiritual awakening.

  • Cost is $60/6 week session or combine with any other class session and get the lesser value session at half price. Sign up by 2/20/13 and I will give you an extra class for free. Drop-in's welcome at regular class price.

    Sivananda Yoga-Monday's 5:15-7:00 pm

    Sivananda Yoga is a gentle practice which touches on the five points of Yoga. Proper exercise
    (asana), proper breathing (pranayama), proper relaxation (Savasana), proper
    diet, positive thinking (meditation). This almost 2 hour class will allow you to
    perfect your own asana as well as help you to purify the mind with pranayama and
    restore the body with plenty of Savasana.

    Cost is $85/7 week session or drop in for regular class price.

    Sunrise Yoga- 6-7:30 am Gentle guided yoga, where you will soon discover your own self directed yoga practice.

    Cost is $8/ class, 10 punch pass for $80.


    Bhakti Yoga-8-10:00 am Bhakti is the yoga of devotion. This class incorporates pranayama, asana, music, and meditation as a practice to open the heart and enable students to be of better service to themselves and others when they step off of the mat. The class will
    be vigorous and challenging at times, but lighthearted and fun! Some yoga experience is recommended.

    Cost is $80/6 week session or drop in at regular class price.
