Charlie Chalicotherium
R.I.P
Lived 45-3.5 million years ago.
During the Cenozoic Era and Tertiary Period.Charlie has are horses and rhinos. He did not have any teeth in the front on his upper
jaw and his back teeth showed little wear, because of his food preferences. Charlie was
a herbivore whose diet consisted mostly of soft shoots, like a panda. His teeth were
pebble like which is where the name Chalicotherium comes from. In Greek it means
“pebble beast”.
