Integrate Mobile Devices into your Classroom - June 10, 2013 8:30am-4:00pm
More and more schools are embracing student devices in the classroom. But how can teachers use these devices to help students learn? This workshop will take the usual lesson planning cycle and teach participants how to integrate personal technology (iPads, iPod Touch, mobile phones, etc.) into every step. All tools will be device neutral applications so they work on any web-enabled device your students may have.

If your patrons aren't coming to you, go to where your patrons are. Learn ways to create and embed resources for your students on the library's web site. Use tools that allow you to curate the web in a way that extends your library walls outside of your school building and hours.
