Other Interesting Facts
At the age of 28 Beethoven began to lose his hearing. That was hard for him because all he knew how to do was compose so when he lost his hearing he began to have a big temper and block everyone and everything besides music out of his life. He learned to work with it. In fact he wrote most of his best symphony's while he was deaf. On March 26, 1827 he was sleeping then woke up to the sound of thunder and lightning, he opened his eyes, raised his fist and fell back dead at the age of 57. "I shall hear in Heaven"- Beethoven's last words.
