Ms. Livingston's High School Art
Ms. Livingston’s high school art students were invited to participate with CREC Museum Academy’s art department in Random Acts of Art! Random Acts of Art is to help create awareness of the ARTS and its importance to our lives and our children’s lives. Students created a small work of art that expresses their love for art and on June 1st, the mini masterpieces will be discretely clipped in various public places, like grocery stores, parks, restaurants; or anywhere our community will be able to see it. These beautiful little artworks will be mysteriously popping up all over our state with the hopes of creating a large scale impact to get CT citizens thinking about the importance of art and to see how our students can share their art appreciation. By the end of the school year, Random Acts of Art should be everywhere!
There’s more…on the back of each artwork will be a link to an account #randomactsart that will help art viewers understand this movement and where it all began. People can take artwork and re-clip them somewhere else or just keep it to admire! Most public places are more than happy to have these little creations in their place of business, however, you can ask a store merchant or office personnel permission to clip on premises. (No names will appear on the artwork)

Project Graduation Senior Stars
Would you like to send a special sentiment to one of our senior students?
For a $5 donation, we will place your message on a 12” star that will be used to decorate the party venue on graduation night. As the students enter the building, they will see these stars hanging from the ceiling – they make a spectacular sight! In past years, students have enjoyed reading all of the messages and looking for “their” stars. At the end of the party, they will be able to take their stars home as a memento.
There is no limit to the number of stars that can be purchased for your student or friends!
Please share this fundraiser with grandparents, aunts, neighbors, friends …. Anyone special to your student!
There is a limited number of stars so please send in your requests asap.
