First Newsletter
Hello Leechburg Area Families. In lieu of sending an email, I will be sending out monthly newsletters where we will be highlighting district events. If you would like to add an article and/or pictures, please let me know. We want to get out as much information as we possible can. The more the merrier! As always, please contact me with any questions or concerns at tnix@leechburg.k12.pa.us or 724-845-7701.

The court was nominated by the Senior Class. Following the assembly Friday morning where the girls will each gave a speech answering the question “Tell me, what will you do with your one wild precious life?,” the students voted.
The crowning took place at halftime of the game on Friday.
Emergency Management
The District participated with Leechburg Borough and Armstrong County Emergency Management on Saturday, September 24 in the Borough Building. The participants worked as a team to ensure that all community members and Borough residents would safely survive a toxic plume. It was a great experience and we are grateful for the experience.
