Top 20 Focus: Conflict Resolution
Students will also learn to recognize when they have said or done something they wish they hadn't and will practice asking, "Can we start over?" We can always let the other person know that we want to try again-to say or do something in a way that's better-and make the situation better.
Top 20s listen to understand, ask questions, contribute ideas, respect all involved, encourage others, and communicate solutions. In doing so, they get better results, stronger relationships, greater respect, and trust.
As with all of our Top 20 lessons, these are life skills that we can model for our children and they will take with them into adulthood.
