Beginning on January 4th, MBMS will move to a new bell schedule. Please note Fridays will be self-sustained (independent) learning days for students. All students will follow this new bell schedule beginning on January 4th.

Get your pictures in the Yearbook!
The yearbook staff needs your help. Specifically we are looking for holiday pictures. If you have pictures of your Meadowbrook child from Thanksgiving or any of our winter holidays, please send them our way. Photos can be uploaded to any of our Google Surveys at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/17AbwPtka_ziaCIJNjCoTNH-DTO2HK4fh6_-dcpBUFtY/edit?usp=sharing
OR
You can upload them to Jostens at: https://images.jostens.com/415468128
School Pictures:
We understand that LifeTouch notified families that pictures have arrived on campus. Pictures will be available to families after our expected re-opening date of January 19, 2021. We will have more information in the upcoming weeks.
Students that missed picture day should have received an email earlier in the week with directions on how to upload their own school portrait for the yearbook. They should check whatever email address they have on file with the school. They can contact Joe Gizzo at jgizzo@powayusd.com if they have any questions or need to update their email address. Deadline for uploading portraits is Dec. 19th.
Community of Kindness Lessons
Our second Community of Kindness lesson focused on the topic: “Glass Half Full”. Students had the opportunity in their advisory class to connect with their teachers & peers as they watched a video, discuss their personal strengths and the importance of a positive growth & resilient mindset. We hope you take the opportunity to ask your student about the monthly Community of Kindness lessons and activities.
