About Aaron
Aaron moved to Canada at the age of 24 as part of a 13 person team selected to open the first COBS Bread bakeries in Canada and has been instrumental in growing the business over the region. In 2009 Aaron was promoted to Vice President and now oversees 17 bakeries in addition to several internal departments including product development, operations and marketing.
Learn from Aaron about COBS Bread Successes and Challenges
"Family ownership adds another layer of complexity to the everyday challenges of business management. When harnessed correctly however, the benefits of family ownership far outweigh the costs. I welcome the opportunity to share the challenges and successes I have experienced, especially if it can be helpful to other families in business."
