Drive Through Orientation/ Pick Up August 10th, 11th &12th
Hi Atkinson Students and Families! We are so excited about the amazing possibilities for this year! We can not wait to learn and grow together. While this year may look different, we will work everyday to make learning engaging, fun and informative. We look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces each day whether online or in the building. It’s going to be a great year!!
Please see the schedule below for pick up times. Students will be picking up Chromebooks, workbooks, or other materials provided by the grade level. Please bring a pen.
Guidelines for Welcome and Materials Pickup
Parents and students must remain in their cars and go through the car rider line and pick up the Chromebooks, workbooks, or other materials provided by the grade level. Student materials will be delivered to your car.
Masks for all staff are required and strongly encouraged for parents/students in the car.
Monday, August 10
1st grade welcome and materials pickup (10:00-12:00)
Kindergarten welcome and materials pickup (1:00-3:00)
Evening pickup (5:00-7:00)
Tuesday, August 11
2nd grade welcome and materials pickup (10:00-12:00)
4th grade welcome and materials pickup (1:00-3:00)
Evening Pickup (5:00-7:00)
Wednesday, August 12
5th grade welcome and materials pickup (10:00-12:00)
3rd grade welcome welcome and materials pickup (1:00-3:00)
Grade level pickup times are suggested, if you cannot make it during your child’s grade level time listed below, please come during one of the pickup times and we will make sure you receive your items.
If your child is in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade or is a NEW student to Atkinson please complete the Chromebook User Agreement by Sunday, Aug. 9th. CLICK HERE to complete the form. You will not be able to take the chromebook without completing the forms.
From CCSS School Nutrition
Our school nutrition team is thrilled to continue providing assistance to our students in Coweta County as we transition to virtual learning on August 13, 2020. They are dedicated to making meals accessible to students during these unprecedented times.
The link below will allow any interested parents to sign up for meal pick-up or meal delivery beginning Thursday, August 13 (this is the only week we will do a Thursday meal distribution as meal distribution will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays of each week). Beginning August 17, meal distribution will be on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
