These Scholarships for a student at Diamond Bar and at Walnut High School are presented by Ray McMullen and Dedicated to Learning Inc. (D2L). D2L is a nonprofit corporation that provides summer school for the middle and high school students of this area. All profits beyond the D2L operational costs are given to schools and school districts as well as to students. One of these scholarships will be presented to a student at Diamond Bar High Scholl and another at Walnut High School.

A Message from our Junior Class President, Daniel Min
Hello Juniors!
This is Daniel Min, your 2021 president! Without school, I know that many of our normal schedules have been disrupted amidst our most important year in college decisions. However, during this time we have to look towards something greater instead of focusing on the negatives of the coronavirus. We have to be self-disciplined in our goals and do what we can during these times.
This break is no doubt a tough hit for everyone but I see many people using this time very effectively. I have personally been trying to develop my skills in Photoshop and video editing while starting a few new hobbies. This break has also given me many excuses to be lazy ending the day off with finishing 2 seasons of The Office. But try to keep your goals in mind for the future as we progress through the break. We are all so close to the finish line and now is definitely not the time to stop.
Also, for many people that might be wondering about prom, it is still up in the air right now and announcements will be made as soon as a final decision is made.
Make sure to always keep your thoughts high in this low situation and I hope to see you all again very soon.
