JAGS ARE ON THE MOVE!
I would like to remind you that even though we do not have FINAL semester exams (except for high school credit classes), we still have exams. The students will have a fourth major grade that could have an impact on their overall grade. I know that many of you plan trips and have other events going on, but these major grades, if not taken or completed when scheduled, can result in your child’s grade dropping significantly. In addition, the type of major exam given will not be able to made up and students will not have an opportunity to take these exams early.
Join the movement to make sure every child is counted in the 2020 Census by taking part in SIS Week: Everyone Counts! The U.S. Census Bureau’s Statistics in Schools (SIS) program is sponsoring this week-long series of fun classroom activities from March 2-6 to educate students and the adults in their home about the importance of the once-a-decade count.

Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month
Every February across the United States, teens and those who support them join together for a national effort to raise awareness to teen dating violence. Dating violence is more common than many people think. One in three teens in the U.S. will experience physical, sexual, or emotional abuse by someone they are in a relationship with before they become adults. By joining together every February, we can spread awareness and stop dating abuse before it starts. Click here for more info: https://www.loveisrespect.org/teendvmonth/
