DUE FRIDAY, May 1!
Website Idea: Our School Occupation Therapist has pushed out a website with some great resources!
The occupational therapists in the Camas School District have created this website in an effort to pool resources and information into one singular location for the benefit of our students and parents during this challenging time.
Occupational Therapy (OT) is concerned with improving a person's ability to perform their “occupation” and daily life/personal skills. In the school setting, a child’s occupation is to be a student and a developing child. They must be able to learn to attend; to use classroom tools (pencil, scissor, glue sticks, and such); to participate in games; to work in both groups and independently; to help in their personal care; and many other areas.
This website has a lot of resources that can support all students. Keep checking back as it will continue to grow.

Don't Forget the "GREAT FOX BAG PICK UP OF 2020!"
The goal of this process is to honor social distancing guidelines and invite families to safely pick up a bag of school items for your student. Also in the bag we will be returning the clay tiles that students made with the artist-in-residence this spring and we hope to return 4th and 5th grade science fair boards as well.
The Procedure:
Cars will enter one of the two assigned parking lots and line up on the curb just like morning drop off (See Below). Families are asked to bring a piece of paper with your student's name written on it so the runner can see easily the name. They will go and get the matching bag, bring it to the car and place it on the sidewalk using masks and gloves. The family will then get out of the car to collect the bag quickly and then exit.
If you have a library book to return, a box will be available for you to drop it. These will be put in quarantine and not touched for a couple of weeks.
If a family is unavailable during this time, we will make other arrangements to get the bag to the student.
