Carruth House
Whangarei Boys' High School - Term 3 Edition 2 2017
Prime Minister's visit, rugby, quiz and end of term!
Many of us enjoyed the rugby at Toll Stadium in a midweek game when Northland hosted North Harbour. The score didn't go our way but rugby was the winner at the end of the day!
Thanks to Mr Norman and Mr Tikena who organised the World Famous in Carruth House quiz in the last week of the term. It was a brilliant evening of seeing what we knew, couldn't remember, or just didn't know. A tie-breaker question was used to separate first and second at the end of the night. Great fun!
Can you believe it?! It's the end of Term 3 already and next term the seniors will be busy with their NCEA examinations. It is difficult to comprehend just where the year has gone. However, being busy is always the best. We wouldn't want it any other way.
Kind regards
